AFFIDAVIT for commence mandatory training for the post of Tech- III

I have submitted a character certificate from Principal of the Educational Institution I last attended Gazetted Officer (delete whichever is not applicable) for simple verification of character and antecedents. I hereby certify that I am no adverse report with the Police authorities anywhere in India and abroad and have no criminal case/pending against me nor I have convicted in any criminal case in the past.
In case any adverse report about my character and antecedents is later given by the Civil Authorities, the administration of the South Eastern Railway will be well within their rights to terminate my training and cancel my candidature for the post of Tr Tech-III forthwith.
